Global Network
Global Network
CHAU LUC Logistics’ international partner network enables the design of optimal routes that save both time and budget. We proactively compare multiple carrier options, optimize port and airport gateways, and balance transit time with cost efficiency. For each request, our team proposes two to three scenarios, clearly outlining the pros and cons to support informed decision-making.
Our Journey
From a Domestic Forwarder to an International Network
Starting with initial shipments serving domestic customers, CHAU LUC Logistics gradually expanded into multimodal transportation and an international network. Key milestones include company establishment, opening strategic branches, joining professional associations, enhancing project cargo capabilities, and completing standardized SOP and tracking systems. Each stage of development has been driven by rising customer expectations and our ambition to continuously elevate service standards.

Our Mission
To become the most effective global provider of integrated transportation and logistics services for our customers.
Partners & Customers
We value long-term relationships with partners and customers across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, trading, education, and infrastructure.
Sustainability & Safety
CHAU LUC Logistics prioritizes occupational safety and environmental responsibility across our operations. Our initiatives include load and route optimization to reduce emissions, appropriate use of packing materials, regular safety training, and support for local communities. Our HSE policies are publicly available and subject to routine compliance audits.
Culture & People
We seek colleagues who are passionate about operations, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solvers. CHAU LUC Logistics offers clear career development pathways, structured internal training programs, and opportunities to participate in diverse and challenging projects.
Infrastructure & Technology
We maintain standard-compliant warehouses, suitable handling equipment for a wide range of cargo types, and real-time shipment tracking systems. Unified operating SOPs, mode-specific checklists (FCL/LCL/air/trucking), and early-warning mechanisms help minimize risks. Daily or weekly service reports are proactively delivered based on customer requirements.
Process & Quality Assurance
Compliance sits at the core of CHAU LUC Logistics’ processes: document verification, HS classification, quarantine procedures, DG/IMO requirements, packaging and labeling control, and verification of Incoterms and insurance terms. Every shipment is governed by defined SLAs and KPIs. In the event of any incident (if any), contingency plans (rerouting, carrier or voyage changes) are activated, followed by post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
